Daily Production Capacity: Up to 1,500 Grow Lights Per Production Line
Atop Lighting operates 14 dedicated production lines for horticulture lighting products. Each line is capable of producing up to 1,500 LED grow lights per day, giving us the capacity to support large commercial projects and long-term OEM/ODM supply programs.
On average, we ship around 100 containers of LED grow lights every month to customers worldwide. Our production planning and line management are designed to keep output stable, even during high-demand periods.
We also operate our own SMT workshop in-house. Automated SMT assembly places LED components with high precision and consistency, reducing human error and improving product reliability across large production runs.
With this manufacturing capacity and process control, we are able to handle high-volume orders while maintaining delivery schedules and product quality.
For example, we completed an order of 19,200 LED grow lights within three days. The products were delivered on schedule and passed quality inspection without issues.
Scalable Capacity for Large OEM/ODM Projects
For large-volume OEM and ODM projects, our production capacity is not limited to a single factory.
In addition to our manufacturing facilities in China, Atop Lighting also operates a production plant in Vietnam. The Vietnam facility covers 48,000 square meters and ships 25 to 35 containers of horticulture lighting products every month to customers worldwide.
By combining production capacity across our Shenzhen and Vietnam factories, we are able to support higher-volume orders, balance production loads, and maintain stable delivery schedules for large commercial projects.
This dual-factory setup also gives you more flexibility when production timelines are tight or order volumes increase unexpectedly.
Consistent Quality Control at High Production Volumes
High production volume should not mean unstable product quality. At Atop Lighting, quality control is built into every stage of manufacturing, from component assembly to final inspection.
Our laboratory is qualified by SGS and TÜV and supports 66 types of testing. These tests cover electrical performance, optical performance, product safety, and long-term reliability. This allows us to verify product consistency before products leave the factory.
During production, all operators follow standardized SOP procedures to reduce process variation and maintain assembly consistency across large production runs.
We also conduct durability and reliability testing using pneumatic and hydrostatic test equipment to confirm fixture performance and structural integrity.
In addition, our quality control system includes outdoor long-term testing, supplier quality management (SQR), in-process inspections, and dedicated QC laboratory verification. These processes help us maintain stable product quality even when production volumes increase or delivery schedules are tight.
